We offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions across the globe.

However, due to carrier limitations, we currently do not ship to the following restricted locations:

• Remote island territories
• Military or PO box addresses
• Countries restricted by international logistics or customs regulations

Order Processing Time

All orders require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders over USD $69.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking link so you can follow delivery updates in real time.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not been delivered within 20 business days after shipment, please contact us at support@loomvita.com.

We will assist by launching a carrier investigation.

Incorrect Address

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us before your order ships.

• Once shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.
• LoomVita is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages if items require separate handling, originate from different warehouses, or exceed weight limitations.

This does not affect your shipping charges.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Customs or import fees (if applicable) are not covered by LoomVita.

These charges, if incurred, are the responsibility of the customer according to local regulations.
